LedgerOne · subscription tracker

Know every recurring charge — before it auto-renews.

The average household is spending $200+/mo on subscriptions, and half of them no one remembers signing up for. LedgerOne tracks every recurring charge across cards and accounts, alerts you before renewals hit, and groups duplicates so you can cancel what you don't use.

What gets tracked

  • Streaming (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, HBO, Apple TV+, Hulu, YouTube Premium)
  • Software / SaaS (iCloud storage, 1Password, Adobe, ChatGPT, Notion, GitHub)
  • Gym / wellness (Peloton, ClassPass, Headspace, gym memberships)
  • Kids' apps (Duolingo, Khan Academy, kids' gaming)
  • Cloud + utilities (AWS, Vercel, web hosting, domain renewals)
  • One-time renewals that quietly went annual (insurance, antivirus)

How it's different

  • Manual or auto. Add subs by hand, or let optional Plaid sync detect them from transactions.
  • Renewal alerts. SMS + email a few days before the charge hits — not after.
  • Duplicate detection.“You're paying for Disney+ twice, on two different cards.”
  • Cancellation tracking.Mark a sub as “canceling on [date]” so you remember to confirm the credit posted.
  • Household-shared. Both parents (or both roommates) see the same list, so nobody pays for the same thing twice.

What we don't do

We don't cancel subscriptions on your behalf (Rocket Money does that — see the comparison). We don't take a percentage of money saved. We don't monetize your financial data. You get the list and the alerts; you make the call.
