Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-05-30 · Version 0.1-draft

This policy governs how customers and users may use Orvica services, including LedgerOne, Helix, and Volt. By accessing any Orvica service you agree to use it consistent with this policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Orvica services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Commit, attempt, or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized payments;
  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate another person;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service, our infrastructure, or other accounts;
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without prior written permission;
  • Submit content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or unlawful;
  • Interfere with delivery of the service through DDoS, spam, or excessive automated requests;
  • Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your authority to use a payment method;
  • Use Helix-organized information to make medical decisions in place of a clinician.

Payments and Volt

Volt facilitates payment workflows powered by Stripe. You may not use Volt to process payments for businesses or transactions Stripe prohibits — including but not limited to controlled-substance sales, unlicensed money services, or items prohibited under Stripe's Restricted Businesses list. Stripe's policies apply in addition to ours.

Health Information and Helix

Helix is an organizational tool — not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, diagnosis system, or clinical decision support tool. Do not use Helix to attempt to diagnose conditions, treat symptoms, or make emergency decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.

Enforcement

We investigate suspected violations and may suspend access, remove content, withhold payouts, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Where required by law we will notify the relevant authorities. We may also cooperate with law-enforcement requests subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal process.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected misuse to abuse@orvica.co. Include URLs, account identifiers, and a description of the conduct.

Questions or corrections? Email legal@orvica.co. Security reports: see responsible disclosure.
