AI Terms

Orvica offers optional AI-assisted features in some products. These terms govern your use of those features and supplement the main Terms of Service.

Optional and labeled

AI features are always optional and clearly labeled when offered. You may use the product without enabling any AI feature. AI output is never automatically applied to your account without your action.

Output may be incorrect

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for any decision. Orvica does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

No professional advice

AI features in Orvica products do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal status.

Helix and HIPAA

Helix AI features that may interact with Protected Health Information are gated behind a signed Business Associate Agreement with Anthropic. Until that agreement is in force, Helix AI features return a "service unavailable" response by design and do not transmit PHI to any third party.

Inputs and outputs

Content you submit to AI features is processed by the AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate responses. Orvica does not train models on your data. The AI provider's privacy policy applies to the processing of inputs and outputs in transit.

Prohibited uses

You may not use AI features to attempt diagnosis, treatment recommendation, drug interaction checking, emergency triage, professional medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, or to generate content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
