LedgerOne is a financial organization tool. LedgerOne is not a bank, lender, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, accounting service, legal adviser, credit repair service, or money transmitter. LedgerOne helps you organize and visualize your money — it does not move money, hold money, or give you advice about money.

What LedgerOne does

• Tracks bills, subscriptions, credit cards, savings goals, and households you create;
• Optionally links read-only bank account data via Plaid (you choose what to connect);
• Computes Smart Splits and net balances from data you enter;
• Sends reminders about events you configure.

What LedgerOne does NOT do

• Hold deposits or transmit money;
• Provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice;
• Issue credit, underwriting decisions, or credit reports;
• Act as your agent with creditors, banks, issuers, merchants, or service providers;
• Guarantee the accuracy of card-perk data, subscription pricing, or Plaid-imported transactions.

Plaid integration

Bank-account connections are read-only and provided through Plaid. By connecting an account, you authorize Plaid and your financial institution to share selected information with Orvica. You may disconnect any institution at any time from /finance/plaid. Plaid's privacy policy and terms apply to the data they process.

Smart Split disclaimer

Smart Split is a math tool: you enter who paid and who owes, we compute the splits and suggested settlements. We are not party to any underlying obligation between you and the people in your splits. Disputes between participants are between participants.

No investment guidance

Any feature that summarizes account balances, suggests savings goals, or compares card offers is informational only. Past performance does not predict future performance. Information shown is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any product.

Credit-card benefits and offers

Card benefits, credits, protections, APR ranges, annual fees, promotional offers, and rewards rules can change at any time and may depend on your location, account status, issuer eligibility, enrollment, merchant coding, and official card terms. Verify every benefit with the card issuer or official Guide to Benefits before relying on it.

Subscriptions and invoices

Recurring-charge detection, renewal reminders, invoice status, and payment-received notifications are convenience tools. They may be delayed or inaccurate and do not replace merchant cancellation, bank records, tax records, or payment-provider statements.
