Medical Disclaimer
Effective 2026-05-30 · Version 0.1-draft
Helix is an organizational tool. Helix is not a medical provider, an emergency service, a pharmacy, an insurer, a diagnosis system, a treatment platform, or a clinical decision support tool. Helix helps you organize information you already have — it does not replace any of the above.
What Helix does
Helix lets you (or a caregiver, with your permission):
- Record medications you take, including dose, schedule, prescriber, and pharmacy;
- Track refills you have requested;
- Track appointments you have scheduled;
- Maintain care notes, records, and an emergency-contact card;
- Receive reminders about events you have configured.
What Helix does NOT do
Helix does not — and will not — provide:
- Medical advice or diagnosis;
- Treatment recommendations or dose changes;
- Drug-interaction checking or contraindication warnings;
- Emergency triage or instructions;
- Clinical decision support of any kind;
- Verification of current licensure, quality, availability, or insurance acceptance of any provider listed.
Refill Forecast disclaimer
Refill Forecast estimates how many days of supply remain based on the data you've entered. The number is approximate by design and is never authoritative — confirm with your pharmacy or prescriber before making any medication decision.
Emergency Card disclaimer
The Emergency Card is an organizational printout. It is not a substitute for emergency services, an electronic health record, or any other clinical document. First responders are not obligated to act on its contents.
Always consult a qualified professional
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions. Do not rely on Helix for advice about medical conditions, medications, treatments, or emergencies.
