Payment Disclaimer

Volt is software that facilitates invoicing and payment workflows for merchants. Orvica is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Payment processing, card handling, ACH, KYC/KYB, underwriting, payouts, and disputes are handled by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Stripe-powered
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By signing up as a Volt merchant you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, Services Agreement, and applicable payment-method-specific terms. Orvica is a platform that uses Stripe Connect; Stripe is the regulated entity.
No storage of card data
Orvica does not store full card numbers, expiration data in clear text, CVV/CVC values, or any other "sensitive authentication data" as defined by PCI DSS. Card collection happens exclusively in Stripe-hosted Elements or Stripe-hosted Payment Pages. Tokens we store cannot be used to charge cards outside the Stripe-Connect-scoped flows we run.
Payouts
Payouts are issued by Stripe to the bank account on file for your Connect account. Timing depends on Stripe's payout schedule, your account history, and standard ACH/SEPA timelines. Orvica does not control payout timing.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds can be initiated from /volt/dashboard. Disputes (chargebacks) are governed by the card networks and Stripe's dispute process. Orvica does not adjudicate disputes; we relay evidence you submit to Stripe and follow Stripe's resolution.
Test mode
Volt supports a Stripe test-mode flow for development. Test-mode transactions are not real and will never settle to your bank account. The dashboard banners TEST MODE whenever the active Connect account is in test mode.
Prohibited businesses
You may not process payments through Volt for businesses or transactions that Stripe prohibits (see Stripe's Restricted Businesses list). Our Acceptable Use Policy further constrains permissible activity.
