Trademark Policy

Our marks

"Orvica," "LedgerOne," "Helix," "Volt," and the related logos and visual identities (collectively "Orvica Marks") are trademarks of Orvica LLC. Some registrations may be pending. The Orvica Marks identify our products and services; they are not generic terms.

Permitted use

You may use the Orvica Marks in their plain, unaltered form to:

• Refer to Orvica products in factual statements (e.g. "Built on LedgerOne");
• Link to orvica.co or product pages in press, reviews, or instructional content;
• Indicate compatibility, integration, or commentary about the product.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the Orvica Marks as part of your own product, company, or domain name;
• Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist;
• Alter the marks (color, proportions, lockups) or combine them with other marks;
• Use the marks in connection with goods or services that compete with Orvica products, infringe third-party rights, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy;
• Use a domain, social handle, or app store listing that is confusingly similar to "orvica," "ledgerone," "helix," or "volt."

Press and partner use

Journalists, partners, and reviewers may request the official wordmark and brand assets from press@orvica.co. Use of those assets is subject to a short brand guideline (kept simple by design).

Enforcement

We monitor for use that creates confusion, dilutes the marks, or harms users. Where warranted, we will request removal, file domain disputes, and pursue legal remedies.
