What if I outgrow Free?
You can upgrade any time inside the app — Settings → Billing. Your data carries over.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period and your data stays put. Resubscribe whenever.
What does the AI coach actually do?
It reads your spending patterns and suggests where you can save. It's an opt-in feature — turn it off in Settings if you don't want it.
Is Plaid secure?
Plaid is the same infrastructure that powers Venmo, Robinhood, and Coinbase. LedgerOne never sees your bank password — Plaid encrypts and proxies the connection.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 30 days of a paid charge and you're unhappy with the product, email hello@orvica.co — we'll refund the charge.
Family plan: how does the people limit work?
Up to 5 people share one paid subscription. Each gets their own login, their own dashboard, and shared visibility into the household ledger.
