Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all Orvica products. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. The AUP supplements the General Terms of Service §4 (Acceptable use).

1. General prohibitions

  • Illegal activity of any kind
  • Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
  • Uploading malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Scraping or automated extraction without written permission
  • Credential abuse or sharing of accounts in violation of these terms
  • Harassment, threats, or hate-targeting of any person
  • Infringement of intellectual property or other rights
  • Unauthorized access or attempted access to other accounts or systems
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial communications

2. Helix — healthcare misuse

  • Using Helix for medical emergencies or as emergency-response infrastructure
  • Relying on Helix output for diagnosis or treatment decisions
  • Medication diversion or fraudulent prescription activity
  • Uploading PHI of individuals you are not legally authorized to represent
  • Making clinical decisions on behalf of patients without appropriate licensure
  • Impersonating a licensed healthcare provider
  • Using Helix workflows to bypass certified e-prescribing requirements

3. LedgerOne — financial misuse

  • Debt-collection harassment of any kind
  • Making credit-repair or debt-settlement claims
  • Tax evasion or fraudulent tax recordkeeping
  • Illegal lending or usury
  • Identity theft, account takeover, or unauthorized bank linking
  • Invoice-fraud schemes (sending fake invoices to extract payment)

4. Volt — payment misuse

  • Selling prohibited goods or services (see Stripe's restricted-business list)
  • Operating in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions or with sanctioned persons
  • Money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting
  • Operating as a fake or shell merchant
  • Manipulating chargebacks or running card-testing schemes
  • Processing transactions for businesses not disclosed during KYB

5. AI misuse

  • Generating medical instructions intended to cause harm
  • Impersonation of identifiable individuals
  • Using AI output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about other people
  • Generating fraudulent financial, legal, or medical advice for distribution
  • Unlawful profiling or discrimination

6. Enforcement

Orvica may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. We may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement and cooperate with subpoenas or court orders.

7. Reporting violations

To report an AUP violation, email abuse@orvica.co with as much detail as possible (account email, URL, screenshots, dates).
