What Helix won't do
Helix is coordination software, not clinical software. It will not diagnose, suggest medication changes, check drug interactions as clinical decision support, or replace any conversation with a doctor or pharmacist. It will keep you from losing track of the conversation you're already having.
Privacy
Family caregiving use of Helix is consumer-grade software (you opt in voluntarily; no provider BAA required). When a verified provider joins your workspace, that workspace becomes a covered-entity-business-associate relationship under the BAA on file.
