Orvica, LedgerOne, Helix, Volt, and the supporting platform — including code, designs, documentation, and original textual content — are owned by Orvica LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload, paste, or enter into Orvica products. You grant Orvica a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content as needed to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not sell or license your content to third parties for unrelated purposes.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content available through Orvica infringes your copyright, send a formal notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 to dmca@orvica.co. See our DMCA page for the required elements of a notice and the counter-notice process.
Repeat infringers
We disable accounts of users determined to be repeat copyright infringers, consistent with the DMCA and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Open-source attributions
Orvica products use open-source software. Where required by license, attributions are available on request from legal@orvica.co.
